We’re a specialized workshop that’s been turning ideas into solid metal badges for years. Here’s the honest truth: the photos look super clean and professional… in reality, there’s a bit more “creative chaos” going on. But that’s how great badges are born! 🔥

Our Mold Making Workshop

This is where the magic (and the first round of headaches) begins. Our mold makers take your custom design and turn it into a precision mold.

We sometimes go through 2-3 modifications until it’s perfect. Yes, we’re perfectionists. The workshop looks tidy in photos, but when we’re deep in adjustments, it’s more like “organized creative explosion.”

Our Die-Casting Workshop

Once the mold is ready, we fire up the machines and pour premium zinc alloy. This is where your badge gets its solid, heavy, “this feels expensive” personality.

The machines are loud, the alloy is hot, and the team is focused. The end result? Crisp details and that satisfying weight you love.

Our Coloring Workshop

This is my favorite part — where the badge finally gets its personality. Skilled workers carefully apply multiple layers of hard enamel by hand.

It’s slow, precise work. One small mistake and we start over. That’s why it takes time, but the vibrant, long-lasting colors are worth it.
